OEM and custom moulds

Most of what we ship is customised. Bring a drawing, a sample or a photo of the container you want matched, and we quote the tooling and the unit price separately so you can see what is one-off and what is per piece.

Your own mould

A new shape from your drawing, or a copy of a container you already use. Tooling cost and timeline are quoted on their own line.

Decoration

Screen printing, frosting, spray coating, electroplating, embossed logos and custom colours.

Closures and packing

Caps matched to the finish, printed lids, custom cartons and your own shipping marks.

How a custom order runs

Five steps, and you can stop after any of them. Nothing is tooled before you have approved a sample.

  1. 01

You send a drawing, a sample or a photo

A dimensioned drawing is quickest. A photograph of the container you want matched works too — with its capacity and, if you can, its weight.

  2. 02

We quote tooling and unit price separately

Two numbers, never one: what the mould costs once, and what each piece costs. You can see immediately what is a one-off investment and what is recurring.

  3. 03

    Mould making and a sample

The mould is cut, then a sample is produced from it and sent to you. Production does not start until you have approved that sample in writing.

  4. 04

    Production

Your order joins the factory's run. A container furnace melts continuously and cannot be stopped cheaply, which is why a date depends on the campaign as much as on the order.

  5. 05

    Inspection, then loading

Dimensions and weight are checked against the drawing you approved, and the goods are inspected to AQL with photographs before the balance is due. Your own inspector is welcome at this stage.

What to send with your first message

A complete first message saves days. None of it is mandatory — send what you have.

One thing said plainly: we are an export trading company, and the mould is cut by the partner factory that will run your order. We select it, we inspect the work, and we put our legal identity in writing before you pay anything.
